7-8 Science Tutor

My name is Alexis Ewen and I am the 7-8 science tutor. I am a LAHA homeschool mom as well. I have two children attending the program. I have a master's degree in Exercise Science and a Naturopathic degree.  Every year I look forward to growth and the wonder in each student as we learn about our miraculous Creator. I am reminded that God indeed desires that parents take the responsibility of educating and training the children He gave them. Though it can be challenging, home education has such great potential for providing a high level of academic excellence for your children, while also providing the best opportunity to “aim your arrows” (Psalm 127:4) toward God, His Truth and His calling for their lives.  As the apostle John says in 3 John 1:4: “I have no greater joy than this: to hear that my children are walking in the truth.” (HCSB)
